Cocoon products are made in small factories that are visited regularly to check on the quality of their products but also to check for fair working conditions of the staff.

Sustainibility has been an important factor since early on in the formation of Cocoon (1991), they have been PFC free for a long time now and try to minimize the use of chemicals. They were the first company in this product sector to offer TravelSheets and MummyLiners made of certified organic cotton. The following is from the cocoon website and sums up their ethos: "Every production process leaves traces on our planet, we are striving to keep these traces as small as possible", we support this statement 100% as this is what we try to do at ProAdventure!
