Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card and debit card payments, to order over the phone or check stock please call us on 01978 860605. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. Except for Paypal payments (which are immediate) we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may give your credit card information via phone, snail mail or securely over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
We operate our shipping on a break even basis so we are not making money out of you for postage! Within the UK we currently use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for smaller parcels and Parcelforce for larger items. We UK Mainland shipping rates: £3 - Parcels upto 500g £6 - Parcels over 500g £9 - Next day delivery Shipping for international orders including Eire are calculated when you enter the delivery address UK mainland orders are charged £3 Shipping and Handling for small / light goods and £6 up to 25kg, some heavy goods carry a supplement which will be added when you specify your country. Next day delivery cost is calculated at the checkout as is international carriage and tax exemptions. International order charges are shown at the checkout, these are based on weight but we will check the weights and contact you if there is a change in the carriage fee. |

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as quickly as we can. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. We aim to dispatch goods on the same working day if you order before 2pm. Cut off for next day delivery is 11:00 AM Couriers will deliver to a secure location if you are out so please tell us where, Royal Mail Require a signature and will take unsccessfully delivered packages back to their nearest depot, leaving a 'while you were out' card with instructions for collection/re-delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free. |
