Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal payments, to order over the phone or check stock please call us on 01978 860605.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Except for Paypal payments (which are immediate) we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may give your credit card information via phone, snail mail or securely over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling The last order date for Christmas deliveries is The Morning of Friday 21st December for orders Where you pay £6 carriage or the 19th for £3 carriage orders (under £10 of goods). Goods from19th December will be sent by special delivery or courier so someone must be there to sign for them.
Shipping for orders under 1.5kg is by first class recorded delivery and over 1.5kg by Citylink courier service next day.
UK mainland orders are charged £3 Shipping and Handling for goods under £9 and £6 above £15 goods value. £3 option is suspended til after Christmas. Northern Ireland Carriage is £20 over 1.2kg and £6 under 1.2kg. For Highlands and Islands over 1.2kg please email or ring for carriage costs.
International orders (Europe only) under 2kg go by Royal Mail and are charged at £15, Over 2kg they are charged at £40. Ring or email and we will weigh the goods. If it is under 2kg and it says £40 we will charge the £15 to your card.
The carriage for US orders is set at £100, this is based on sending out a tipi. Email with your requirements for a quote. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as quickly as we can. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
We aim to dispatch goods on the same working day if you order before 2pm.
City Link will deliver to a secure location if you are out so please tell us where, Royal Mail Require a signature so can only leave with a neighbour if you are out.
Orders over £500 to the UK are carriage free.
