Vegan, Gluten Free, Lactose Free Camping and Expedition Food
A filling British breakfast of soya and potato baked with three types of beans in a tomato sauce.
The Vegan Breakfast Club
They always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we pack our vegan breakfast with protein-filled soya. Mixed in a dark and sticky tomato sauce, we add crisp potatoes and three kinds of beans. This is finished with the heat of tabasco and a zing of fresh ginger, creating a warming, delicately sweet morning treat. When you're tucked into a sleeping bag on a cold mountain, this hearty breakfast is the best reason we can think of to get up.
Shelf life is one year from manufacture with the compostable packaging.
The packaging is compostable so you need a pan to rehydrate it in and a way of measuring your water.

Disposing of the packets
To dispose of your pouches in an environmentally-friendly way, we recommend that you either:
Place them in compost
Our pouches are certified for home and industrial compost, and meet food regulation requirements in Europe and the USA*. The ideal conditions for compost include warm temperatures and exposure to air. The composted materials can then be used as fertiliser. Possibly the first plastic free camping and expedition food in pouches.
Throw them away in household waste
Not everyone has access to compost facilities. While throwing your compostable pouch into common household waste means it will end up in landfill, it will still compost down to nothing in less than a year. This is compared to plastic which can take over 500 years to do the same.
Please note: Do not put these packets in your recycling bin, as they are compostable not recyclable. Please also do not leave them outdoors, as they still take a while to break down to nothing.
