We all feel the call of the natural world, or enjoy the thought of being able to live off the land, using it and not abusing it. Do you want to know how to build a durable shelter out of the resources to hand, be able to light a fire by friction or other simple means, keep it going, and create a cooking area - be it a stone hearth or a simple pit fire? Skinning rabbits, cooking fish, sharpening your knife - our dedicated wilderness instructors can offer all of these skills and more. Our Courses will give you all the information and skills you need to start getting out there and putting it into practice.

Five day / Ultimate Bushcraft
Bushcraft is all about being confident in using the land to make your experiences more comfortable and enjoyable. Our five day course is all about that. The first two days are full on instruction days based out of one site, looking at a whole cross section of bushcraft skills including fire lighting, site choice, water purification, shelter and navigation etc. Your knowledge of these topics and more will be expanded and improved. The next two days will be used as a consolidation period, where you, as part of a team, will be responsible for the running of the whole camp, additional to this, the camp will move to another location. This is can be run either as a purely land based course or four our canoe based courses Click Here, where we link these skills in with the traditional methods of travel associated with the canoe.
