Five days of Mountain Walking in beautiful North Wales!
Course Description We'll introduce you to basic navigation and map-reading skills such as measuring distance, taking bearings, interpreting contours and using them to visualise ground shape, working out grid references, understanding map symbols and scales, and using a compass. Routes will include the local Berwyn and Arenig mountain ranges as well as taking in some classic Snowdonia walks! Your guide is likely to be Pete, our Managing Director.
