Please complete a booking form (print one from www.proadventure.co.uk/bookingform.htm) and return it to us at:

with a cheque or your credit/debit card details. If you’re booking by post please ring us to check availability before returning your form.
Payment
If your activities are to take place in more than two months time we will ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking, and your balance will be due no later than two months before the date of activity.
If your activities are to take place within two months we will ask for the full balance at the time of booking.
Please note we take most major credit and debit cards, but are unable to accept American Express (Amex).

If you aren’t sure what you want to do, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to help you work out the details! You can book any combination of our activities and courses and we can also book your accommodation for you in a range of hotels and guesthouses local to Llangollen (see page A26). We are also happy to supply details of accommodation providers if you want to book direct.
On receipt of your full balance we will send you full joining instructions, giving you times, directions, where to meet us and what to bring with you. We will also send you details of any accommodation you have booked through us.
