Below are the one-week courses we offer, these are available every week all year round.
For a small country, Wales is packed with beautiful, rugged and remote landscapes, which provide an ideal natural 'playground' for the outdoor enthusiast or those with a huge sense of adventure! Our new 'Best of Welsh Adventure' adventure holiday is an action-packed week of activity, allowing you to experience the very best that Wales can offer! Featuring:
A day ascending Mount Snowdon - will it be the Llanberis Path (not the shortest route, but the least steep!), the Pyg Track, or are you brave enough to scramble the knife-edge ridge of Crib Goch?
A day Gorge Walking in the depths of Snowdonia! This is the most challenging Gorge Walk we offer, and not for the faint-hearted! Deep, steep, and rocky, amidst some of the most beautiful scenery you'll find yourself wading, swimming, abseiling, jumping and sliding downriver!
A day Mountain Biking - with popular routes on the doorstep such as the Marin Trail, The Conquering Hero or the tracks at Coed Llandegla there's something for everyone - what will you tackle?
A day ascending Lockwood's Chimney - a classic mountaineering route in Snowdonia, which involves walking, scrambling, rock climbing and abseiling!
A day White Water Kayaking on one of the many classic White Water rivers of Wales! Learn and practise the basics on flat water, then it's on to the white water to experience the power of the river!

During your week's multi-activity holiday you will try your hand at a range of adventures - Kayaking, Open Canoeing, Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Mountain Biking, Gorge Walking and White Water Rafting. You will do four days of activities (giving you one day to explore the local area and relax!) or if you book for three or more we will provide you all with a fifth day of activity (worth £84pp) for FREE! (Our choice depending on group, staff and weather)

Kayaking Week
A five day course put together for people who'd like an all round introduction to kayaking, suitable for beginners and those with some kayaking experience. You'll paddle on rivers and lakes, and even learn the basics of Eskimo rolling. Throughout the course the emphasis will always be on learning new skills under the instruction of our expert coaches. Learn to paddle in all conditions, and how to keep out of trouble and rescue others. The course will include the content of the White Water Kayaking Weekend course and some river trips. This course varies a lot depending on water conditions and the participants' needs, but we guarantee a lot of kayaking, and a lot of learning! The course is run by our in house Level 3 and Level 4 Kayak Coaches, who will cover a selection of skills from the BCU 1, 2, 3 and 4 star qualifications, with optional assessments.

You must be able to swim at least 25metres.

Three days with our instructors on the local single pitch crags learning the basic skills and improving your climbing style and ability, followed by two days with a Mountaineering instructor on the big stuff in Snowdonia, or learning to lead. Ratios are up to 1:6 on the first three days and 1:2 for the last two days.

Open Canoeing Week
This course is defined by you. The aim of the course is to give you 5 days of solid paddling. Depending on your starting point, we will work on the relevant skills to move you on in the sport, improve your knowledge, skills and technique to enable you to move towards your own personal goal. We will paddle on lakes and gentle rivers, take in a variety of white water river trips, and sample some traditional skills. We will cover the content of the White Water 2 Day Course and look at personal gear choices, safety skills, and rescue skills.
