Q - Where are you?
A - We are located in the town of Llangollen in North East Wales and all of our activity sites are within a 40 mile radius, although most are within 13 miles. Our main site for rafting is three miles from Bala on the Trawsfynydd road (25 miles west of Llangollen). Click for directions to our base.
Q - How long does it take to get there?
A - Generally we are only 3-4 hours from London (180 miles from Brent Cross) and 60 minutes from the M6, so as you can see we are pretty accessible. Liverpool is an hour away, as is Manchester, and Birmingham is about 90 minutes away.

A - Yes! Llangollen hosts around 15 pubs and bars in the town, and a number of reputable hotels and restaurants. Further information can be found by visiting www.llangollen.org.uk.

Q - Can individuals attend?
A - Yes! We will always endeavour to add individuals to other suitable groups. Please call us to find out what is taking place on the dates you want to come.
Q - What if I cancel?
A - More than two months before the date of activity: your 25% deposit will be forfeited. Less than two months before the date of activity: your deposit will be forfeit and you are still contracted to pay the balance in full. For full details look at our Terms and Conditions of Booking.
Q - Are there any age limits?
A - There is no upper age limit, but you need to be physically capable of doing the activities. The minimum age for White Water Rafting on the River Dee is 8 years, and on the River Tryweryn it is 12 years. For other activities under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also doing the activities, and for our open courses we generally ask that no one is under 14 as our groups are mostly adult.
