Hi,

Massive thanks from all of us for a wonderful four days of activities. It was a brilliant balance of being challenging but accessible (as we were ranging in age, fitness and bravery!). We would especially like to thank the instructors who truly made the holiday through their professional but friendly and encouraging approach and great sense of humour. Most importantly they were, without exception, fantastic with the kids (aged 7 and 11) making sure they got the most from all the activities and had a huge amount of fun.

Robin was brilliant and doing himself proud on work experience, Tom (apologies for the canoe falling in bit) was calm and encouraging throughout and Chuck deserves special credit for his humour and patience whilst assisting my daughter in the longest fire lighting attempt ever!

We would especially like to pass on our thanks to Antony who was with us for most of our activities; his enthusiasm for what he does is definitely contagious. His clear instruction meant we all went into each activity with confidence and his brilliant sense of humour meant we had a laugh as well. We would like to add special thanks for his patience with a 7 year old who really couldn't decide whether he was was going up or down when half way up a cliff!

From start to finish, ProAdventure has been professional, organised and brilliant fun. In the words of the kids it was: 'The best holiday ever!' and they have already decided they want to come back for more.

YES!!! ProAdventure RULES!!! had an awsome weekend rock climbing and kayaking with awsome poeple in the most friendliest quaint town of Llangollen. Tankyou to everyone there for a memeroy that'll be hard to forget (only amnesia could tear it away from me). but yeah well and truly thankyou to Steff, Mike, Sam and Rich, the instuctors who make you feel like youve known then for agers (two peas in a pod thing) when youve just met them.. peace out to all of you and keep your blessed spirits high (in the cliffs man).

Fantastic Day

Thank you so much for a fantastic day yesterday I can't explain how much fun we had. I would also like to thank Josh for really taking care of us , I have a few fears related to water and Josh made us both relax and we trusted him implicitly , his knowledge was unbelievable and he was able to answer any question we asked! Fantastic!!!

Like Clockwork

I just wish to convey my thanks, Tracy and Gareth Alden and my son Ian all report an amazing experience! The Hand Hotel, all were delighted with the accommodation. They report their stay and kayaking ran like clockwork, everyone were efficient, experienced and friendly. It gave me great pleasure as a Mum to give them the surprise last Christmas, even better they all say a terrific time.

Friendly,patient and excellent teachers

Hi, just a quick note to say that we had a great time on the canoe taster session last week, most importantly we found the people from pro adventure very friendly, patient and excellent teachers. From the moment we first contacted you to the session itself we were extremely impressed with the customer service, something that is sadly lacking in many industries these days.

We will certainly be coming back to you guys when we are next in the neighbourhood.
