Course Description

White Water Open Canoeing is all about planning, skills, river reading and FUN.  This action packed two days has alll that in bucket fulls. These two days are totally focused on you being able to pick your own way down a river, as opposed to being pushed by the flow! Our hugely experienced and qualified staff will get you throwing the canoe around the river and ripping lines all over it. WE love this course, two days of playing on the river ad getting Good.

More Details

The two days will use a variety of locations including flat water, rivers and theory sessions to get the most info and skill retention.  This is about giving you plenty of time on the water to practise and hone the skills of:-

  • Ferry gliding
  • Eddy turns
  • Stopper blasting
  • River running
  • safety protection
