Close fitting wind reistant top with Power Stretch® side panels. That doesn't really do it justice though, every time I put mine in the wash basket, I seem to take it out again to use, guess I will just have to buy another one. superb for walking, running, climbing, biking, boating, everything really. It is designed to let some air through, which means any sweat is whisked away but it still gives great wind resistance. If you buy one you won't regret it
