Delivery

We deliver your order as quickly as we can. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. We aim to dispatch goods on the same working day if you order before 2pm. City Link will deliver to a secure location if you are out so please tell us where, Royal Mail Require a signature so can only leave with a neighbour if you are out.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping in Great Britain is by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery except for heavier items which will be shipped by courier service or parcel post.

UK mainland orders are charged £3 Shipping and Handling for goods under £9 and £6 above £9 goods value. Northern Ireland Carriage is £20 over 2kg and £6 under 2kg. For Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands over 2kg please email or ring for carriage costs. Next day delivery service is available by courier for £9, order before 12 or ring to make sure we get it out with our courier please.

International order charges are shown at the checkout, these are based on weight but we will check the weights and contact you if there is a change in the carriage fee.
