The Blizzard Survival Bag is a full-sized sleeping bag in a pack the size of a video cassette, providing total warmth and shelter - anywhere, at any time.

It's made from our unique Reflexcell™ material, which blocks heat loss more effectively than any other emergency product. The bag also contains elastic, causing it to hug the body, giving a great feeling of warmth and security.

If the foot end of the bag is cut open, the wearer can be protected yet remain able to walk (the stretch material allows leg movement, and allows hands to be extended for protection in the event of a slip).

When you get home, a vacuum cleaner will enable you to re-pack a used Blizzard Survival Bag to a very small size.

Heavy duty construction and the large coverage area this (3m x 3m) tarp provides make it ideal for all kinds of uses in even the most extreme of conditions. It can allows multiple set - up options.

There are four corner loops, four corner eyelets (now stronger) and another attachment point along each side. Please see pictures below for a few, of the many, set-up options (please note the hammocks featuring in some of the pictures are not included - we do sell them, please see our other items).

For those wishing to use it with a hammock -

* If camping in strong horizonal rain it can be used on the diagonal, see pictures, this increases the length area coverage.
* When used together with our Travel hammock, the mosquito net can be attached to the tarp.
