A beautifully made small hatchet, great for carving and sculpting, and taking on camping trips for splitting kindling. Weighing just 11oz, with a 10-1/2" hickory handle and a 2-1/2" head, and includes leather sheath and axe book.
A very difficult axe to produce because only two smiths at Gransfors make them, there are also more rejects sent back to the melting pot as the tolerances are much finer. Hence the reason it is more expensive than some of the larger axes.
