These stunning double-bit axes have exceptional balance. The Double Bit working Axe has a 35” handle with swelled knob and excels as a working axe for felling & trimming. The head weighs 3 lbs and the faces of the bits are about 6". The axe is fitted with a tight-grained hickory handle and provided with a grain-leather sheaths with snap fasteners. Everyone who handles one seems to want one for felling, limbing and trimming
