Deliveries

All orders we have in stock (at least 95% of orders) are sent out on the next working day, either by Citylink next day delivery or by Royal Mail first class recorded post. Please tell us where the parcel should be left if you are out (this is only possible for Citylink). If delivery is to your work address please ensure the billing address is your card billing address as this is checked. If we are out of stock of anything we will let you know ASAP - you will have the option to cancel the order or receive the goods as soon as we get them in. The shop is open Monday to Saturday so you can drop in, or call us on 01978 860605 for advice and orders.
